据新华社报道，当地时间10月9日，总部位于巴黎的联合国教科文组织发布消息称，教科文组织世界记忆工程国际咨询委员会第12次会议经过4日至6日在阿联酋阿布扎比的评审后，决定为《世界记忆名录》新增47个项目，其中包括中国申报的11组南京大屠杀档案。

1937年12月13日，侵华日军攻占南京，在此后的一个多月时间里，血腥屠杀30多万手无寸铁的平民与放下武器的士兵，制造了惨绝人寰的南京大屠杀。南京大屠杀遇难同胞纪念馆馆长朱成山表示，这11组南京大屠杀档案，全部为记录侵华日军南京大屠杀的第一手史料，具有毋庸置疑的权威性、真实性和唯一性，对于研究当年历史具有极为重要的价值。专科生可以考研吗

世界记忆遗产又称世界记忆工程或世界档案遗产，创立于1992年，是联合国教科文组织建立的文献保护项目。至此，中国共有10项档案入选，包括《本草纲目》(Compendiumof Materia Medica)、《黄帝内经》(Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon)以及东巴古籍文献(Ancient NaxiDongba Literature Manuscripts)等。

A total of 47 new nominations, including Documents of the Nanjing Massacrefrom China, are inscribed on the Memory of the World Register by theInternational Advisory Committee of UNESCO's Memory of the World Programme,announced Friday (Oct. 9) UNESCO in a press release.

The decision was made during a three day meeting of UNESCO from Oct. 4 to 6in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, following a two-year process as part ofthe 2014-2015 nomination cycle during which 88 submissions from 61 countrieswere examined.

According to UNESCO, Documents of the Nanjing Massacre consists of threeparts: the first part concerns the period of the massacre (1937-1938), thesecond part is related to the post-war investigation and trials of war criminalsdocumented by the Chinese National Government's Military Tribunal (1945-1947),and the third part deals with files documented by the judiciary authorities ofthe People's Republic of China (1952-1956).

Over 300 thousand Chinese, including defenseless civilians and unarmedsoldiers, were murderedwhen Japanese invaders first occupied the city of Nanjingin 1937.

The Memory of the World Register is the list of documentary heritage underUNESCO's Memory of the World Programme which was set up in 1992 to "preservedocumentary heritage and memory for the benefit of present and futuregenerations in the spirit of international cooperation and mutual understanding,building peace in the minds of women and men".

With Documents of the Nanjing Massacre, China now has 10 inscriptions onthe International Memory of the World Register.
