Being perseverant plays an indispensable role for people to makeachievement. For example, Steve Jobs, who insisted on his design even in hismost difficult time, created unparalleled products. Holding on to one’s stand and avoiding change can make people blind. Aconvincing case is that many technology companies, which stuck to the oldbusiness mode and ignored the latest development, ended up being phased out,e.g. Nokia. In comparison, others chose to change voluntarily and now top thesales board, e.g. Samsung.

People can find their suitable place during purposed changes. Taking myselfas an example, I picked up several hobbies in my childhood, practiced and hopedthat I could do well, e.g. music and sports, but it turned out that I did nothave such talents. However, when I started learning painting, I found it is thearea where I could do justice to myself. I was so into it that I won severalawards. In the end, I was admitted by one of the most prestigious artinstitutions in China.
