This means that change is not always apersonal option, but an inescapable fact of life, and we need to constantlyadapt to keep pace to it.

Those people who believe they have achieved some security by doing thesame, familiar things are living in denial. Even when people believe they areresisting change themselves, they cannot stop the world around them fromchanging. However, reaching the conclusion that change is evitable is not the same asassuming that change is always for the better.
