My favorite piece of clothing is the leather jacket I bought when I was in high school.

One day, when I was watching a movie, I saw my idol wearing a black leather jacket. He looked super cool in that jacket, you know. In the movie, he plays a policeman, well, actually a spy, so you can imagine the outfit, right? I thought, maybe I should get myself a leather jacket as well. So I just ran to the store, and tried on a variety of jackets, but none of them suit me. My friend told me, maybe I should try shopping online, ‘cause I’ll have more options, I mean, there’re more styles I could choose from on the Internet. And interestingly, after I logged on the shopping website, I just typed in the name of the movie, the same kind of jacket popped up. I bought it without a second thought.

After two days, I got the jacket. I tried it on immediately, and it fit me perfectly. The leather is soft, so it’s quite comfortable. My friends said, I looked pretty smart and professional in that jacket. And the design is not that formal, so I could wear it on many occasions. It’s not that thick, but it keeps me warm, so I always wear it on windy and cold days during spring and autumn.

idol = a person or thing that is loved and admired very much 例如：

a pop/ football/ teen, etc. idol

outfit = a set of clothes that you wear together, especially for a particular occasion or purpose 例如：

try something on = to put on a piece of clothing to see if it fits and how it looks例如：
