Governments have done enough to educate the people the importance of ahealthy lifestyle and balanced eating.

【波波老师点睛】此题目含义为 “政府是否在向人们倡导健康生活方式和均衡饮食方面做得足够好了”。稍加思考就会发现，这个题目暗含着两个方面即：健康的生活方式和均衡的饮食。

波波老师建议，观点选择不同意，理由就从以上这两个方面分别展开，具体如下：

理由一：政府在教育人们健康生活方式上面做得工作远远不够，尤其是在宣传工作和公共设施上。一方面政府在宣传上力度不够，以致于现代人们有各种各样的不利于健康的生活习惯，比如说熬夜，吸烟，酗酒甚至吸毒。另一方面公共体育设施严重缺乏，导致人们无处健身。比如说我们小区周围只有一个操场，体育设施也非常的有限，每次去锻炼的时候，人都很多，而且有的设备已经老化甚至根本无法正常使用。

(Governmentsneed to do more work on educating people the importance of healthy lifestyle,especially on publicity and the construction of public sports facilities. Forone thing, due to lack of programs about healthy lifestyle, many people in themodern society pick up various bad habits, such as staying up late, smoking,drinking excessively and even taking drugs. For another, owing to the desperateshortage of public sports facilites, people can do exercises nowhere. Forexample, in my community, there is only a small playcourt with few sportsequipments, which is full of people. Even worse, some equipments are out of usebecause of no maintanence.)

理由二：政府在饮食健康教育上做得也不好，尤其是在食品安全卫生的监管和规律饮食习惯的宣传上。首先，食品安全在我国一直以来都是热议话题。但是由于政府监管不力，有很多商家在食品上以次充好。比如说三鹿。另外，政府没有很好地强调均衡饮食的重要性，所以很多人会有非常不健康的饮食习惯。比如说，人们由于快节奏的生活大都会吃一些垃圾食品，以致于他们会患上高血压，肥胖得疾病。同时，有些人甚至不吃早饭，这些习惯多对身体危害极大。 

 (In addition, the education of balanced eating habits require more efforts fromgovernment, especially in the inspection of food hygiene and safety as well aspublicity of regular eating habits. On one hand, food safety has always been oneof the hottest topic in our country. Due to the limited inspection ofgovernment, many business owners use many illegal food addictives or chemicalsin their products. On the other hand, many people formed bad eating habitswithout gaining sufficient guides from government. For example, manywhite-collars choose to eat junk foods due to the rapid pace of life. Otheryoung people even do not have breakfast, all that do great harm to their health.)

It is a waste of money for government's fund to space travel or spaceexploration?

【思路如下】

理由一：政府应该把钱投在教育上，因为这不仅符合大多数人的利益，而且可以为国家发展培养人才。

Government should spend money on education, because this practice not onlyconforms to the interests of the majorities but also cultivate various talentsfor the successful development of our country.

理由二：政府应该把钱投在经济上，因为经济的发展可以提高全民的生活水平，也可以提升国家的政治地位。

Secondly, government should invest money in economic development, since theboom of economy will improve the living standard of the public as well as theraise the policical status in the world.

结尾段：(让步转折总结)

Admittedly, there are certain benefits of investing money in spaceexploration, such as developing new energy source and even finding analternative home for human beings. However, compared with the reasons providedfor our viewpoint, these advantages seem lackluster. Therefore, I am stillconvinced that spending money on space exploration is a waste of money forgovernment because govenmental investment should be devoted to solving morepressing issues such as education and economy.
